The Intention in Coffee

I have this vision that someday, I’d create a business that will run as the most environmental conscious cafe. The goal of every single cup to brew is to give justice to the craftsmanship of producers & roast masters while serving with the highest level of hospitality standards. The team will be well educated about everything in coffee. There will be home brewing programs till roasting lessons available for people to learn, and engage with other enthusiasts, to create an inviting & welcoming society for both hobbyists and professionals.

At the moment that the cafe serves as a model to practice good business practices for other aspiring and current cafe owners, I would want to consult and help them achieve the type of “sustainable” coffee shop system on their own, while making the most out of the resources in their area. My goal is to set an example, and give more reasons as to why running this type of business is as worthy as making profit.

… but why?

Because our planet is not disposable, we must give credit where it is due, and set a standard for the growth of the industry. All of these in mind while having fun & enjoying the process. I want to prove & to encourage the passionate people in coffee that even if it is a risky / non traditional profession to pursue, one should be able to survive and have a sustainable lifestyle.
